CONNECTING TO THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND (that runs your show).
I often think when I start to write about the mind – how do I explain to people how to contact a part of their body – that doesn’t have a physical address. How do we know that it doesn’t live in our big toe? I know that you can’t operate on it to make it well, give it pills or a massage. Yet, nothing happens in my life with out its permission.With that in mind, I am going to share with you how to work with both your conscious and subconscious mind’s to change your life. I am going to write these articles with the idea of publishing them in a book eventually.
GETTING STARTED
“We as a nation tend to be left-brained,” says Robert E. Ornstein. “The dominant or major mode of our culture is verbal and intellectual.” This psychology of consciousness helps us match the visual sounds that become part of us. Since we are connected to this whole process, we become the creatures we are quite easily, with little resistance.
THE KEY WORDS TO ATTAINING, MAINTAINING AND EXPANDING YOUR GOALS SUBCONSCIOUSLY, CONSCIOUSLY, PHYSICALLY AND SPIRITUALLY WITH SPEED, EASE, COMFORT AND JOY ARE STORED IN YOUR SUB CONSCIOUS BELIEFS.
You can affirm a positive belief, and yet fail to attain, maintain or expand the goal, if you let that little voice, the voice that those authority figures in your formative years helped give you, tell you that you can’t make it. Your subconscious belief system is on guard 24 hours a day, telling you what it believes—and not what you consciously want to believe about yourself as your new life unfolds. Once you understand the process, and how to attain an altered state of consciousness, you can create new beliefs that will, that in turn, become new attitudes. These will gently draw to you the people, conditions, and positive circumstances that will help you attain, maintain and expand your goals subconsciously, consciously, physically and spiritually with speed, ease, comfort and joy.
Although all of us have feelings about a pure energy we want to tap into, we tend to ignore those feelings until we become lost in a sea of misery and depression. Many of us ask, “why me, Lord?” as we painfully strive to overcome these failures. None of us came into this world with a set of attitudes or beliefs. By the time we reached the age of eight, we had all of our primary beliefs set into our subconscious mind. Many of these beliefs were placed there by our parents who, with love but without direction, had no idea what they were doing to their children in the name of proper behavior.
Once a child is programmed, the subconscious mind provides energy for the individual beliefs of the youngster. As a child gets older the beliefs strengthen, creating the reality the child will live with as an adult. This reality will be carried with the individual to the end of his life unless he learns to reprogram those beliefs.

An easy daily exercise to help you create a positive subconscious belief that you are financially secure.
Each morning before starting your day – write the following Statement of Fact – 7 times;
I now truly believe I can and now do draw to me, the people who now help me attain, maintain and expand a solid financial base that grows larger each day. I attain, maintain and expand this belief, subconsciously, consciously, physically and spiritually with speed, ease, comfort and joy.
Each evening – before retiring- write the following Statement of Fact – 7 time;
I now am enjoying drawing to me, the people who now help me attain, maintain and expand a solid financial base that grows larger each day. I attain, maintain and expand this belief, subconsciously, consciously, physically and spiritually with speed, ease, comfort and joy.
After you have written your Statement of Fact – visualize or imagine yourself – as NOW BEING OK – having the Inner Belief that you know that you will be OK.
A fact to remember: The last thing you think about at night is what your subconscious mind works on all night. Think negative thoughts as you are drifting to sleep – you wake up a mess in the morning. Think positive thought – whether they are true or not (you subconscious mind doesn't care) you’ll wake up – ready to go with speed, ease, comfort and joy.
